北卡罗来纳州2019年NC-3表格的申报要求变更

北卡罗来纳州税务局于8月5日发布了一份通知, 2019纳税年度NC-3表和1099-MISC表的申报要求有所变化.
你们中的许多人可能还记得2018年要求向北卡罗来纳州提交联邦表格1099-MISC的繁重申报要求, 即使没有上报州所得税. Great news for the 2019 tax year; there is no longer a requirement to file federal Form 1099-MISC with the North Carolina Department of Revenue if there is no state income tax to be reported. 如果北卡罗来纳州的所得税被扣缴，联邦表格1099-MISC仍然需要与表格NC-3一起提交.
更多的好消息是，未能以电子方式提交2019年表格NC-3, 以及所需的W-2和1099报表, 现在有了自动豁免. 然而, 本署仍鼓励以电子方式提交表格NC-3, 使用所需的语句.
